how it works
Every time your site reaches the daily allotment (free accounts have 30MB) of bandwidth, instead of being banned, your site starts using the extra bandwidth you have purchased.  Example: If your site reaches its limit at 11pm, it will begin using from the extra bandwidth for one hour until it is the next day and you daily allotment is reset.  If in this hour your site uses 1 MB, you still have 999 MB for later use.  The extra bandwidth stays with you until it is used up, possibly lasting months, depending on fast it is used.

This is a great alternative to having to upgrade to a paid account with features you do not need.  Just buy extra bandwidth and prevent being banned.
