 God the Holy Spirit bestows a spiritual gift on every Church Age Believer at the point of salvation, one of which is "Pastor-Teacher", (ref. I.C.E. Principle)

3. Spiritual Gift - Pastor Teacher (Teaching):

4. Mentorship (Spiritual IQ):

 The Spirit is our Mentor (ref. Filling of The Holy Spirit)

5. Mentorship (Transfer to Epignosis):

 The Spirit transfers doctrine to the right lobe of the soul as "epignosis" - "wisdom" or "resident knowledge" (ref. Filling of The Holy Spirit)

4. Mentorship (Application):

 The Spirit brings to mind, from memory, resident doctrine and assists us in applying it to life. (ref. Filling of The Holy Spirit)
