In 2002 word about the Birth to Kindergarten project continued to spread and Birth to Kindergarten coordinator, Rhonda Brain, was kept busy presenting seminars and sending out information packages. In 2002 alone, we had interest from Bathurst, Bega, Cootamundra, Dalwood Diagnostic in Seaforth, Coffs Harbour, Coonamble, Batemans Bay, Loganholme (QLD) and Orange. These places are seeking literacy projects which are at the forefront of current research and are proving to gain successful results.

We have continued to build momentum, with interest from many areas including:
Alexandria, America, Barraba, Bega, Benalla, Boorowa, Bourke, Bourke, Cocos Islands, Condobolin, Cooma, Cowra, Dapto, Darwin, Davoren Park, Elizabeth, Forster, Ipswitch, Kandos, Kyabram, Lethbridge Park, Lismore, Lithgow, Liverpool, Manilla, Melbourne, Menindee, Merewether, Milthorpe, Muswellbrook, Orange, Parramatta, Perth, Rosemeadow, Rylestone, St Hubert’s Island, Sydney, Tullamore, Tumbarumba, Wilcannia, Wodonga,  and Wyong.

Due to the high demand of information on Birth to Kindergarten and by request from interested parties, a starter kit for the project has been developed. This gives purchasers copyright to the project for their area and is packed with information, ready to use brochures, posters, programs, ideas and paraphernalia gathered since the projects begun. We have sold over ten starter kits, with each purchasing group now implementing the project in their respective communities.
