Rune journeys to the Faeris Forest to investigate reports of it's demise at the hands of the demons. On his way, he partners up with a mysterious drifter in love with Faeries and a little girl being hunted by the Yokai. The little girl possesses a power beyond anything Dusis has ever known, and good spirits turn bad as the forces of darkness continue their quest to take over the forest. Only Rune and the mysterious drifter can save the Faeries from extermination.
