::: The camera fades in as Impact is shown backstage walking to the arena. He sees J.R and King along the way and says Hello to them. Impact continues to his locker room. However, along the way he sees a poster of Degenerate. Impact laughs as he pulls out a match and sets the poster on fire. Impact enters his locker room but see the nest Saturday Shockwave card posted next to his door. Instead of heading in his locker room, he heads to the ring. His theme is heard throughout the arena as the fans begin to cheer for him. Impact enters the ring and begins to speak:::

IMPACT: Everywhere I go, I see posters, signs, and advertisements of Degenerate. And I have had it up to HERE with him. I don't even need to hear you voice to know you are not only cocky, but down right pathetic. What does it take to get a word from you? I haven't seen you anywhere in the back, but I see so much propaganda with your name on it. And that makes me think. It makes me think you are a coward. Or is it the fact that you think I'm not important enough, or worthy enough to face a man of your calibur. I'm gonna make this documnted proof, I will destroy Degenerate, like I did to X-Cold and Johnny Northern Lights, I will make the television mean something once again. But most importantly, I'm gonna bring it home to the most important people, the fans. Degenerate, you are indeed champion. But champion of who? If it wasn't for these fans, you would be nothing. You would be nothing more than a low down, disgusting, vile and degrading Degenerate of society. Well look around me Degenerate. Look who the fans are rooting for now. They turned on you, now there with a man of integrity. A man of wisdom. A man of wisdom and character. A man who has made a definete Impact on sicety. IMPACT: For the twelve of you sitting in the back row who are Degenerate fans, wait till next Saturday Shockwave then you see who your going to root for. But back to Degenerate. The man who's bravery lies at the bottom of his feet. I'm sure you have alot to say, alot to whine about. But the fans did not pay to see a "former" champion, they paid to see, the soon to be Television Champion. They wanna see me bust out all my trademark moves, all my signitures, and of course, my finisher. See Degenerate, I'm not the type of guy who continously does moves off the turnbuckle. I'm not the type of guy who resorts to cheap tactics to win the match. No, I'm gonna go after all your weak points. And that is everything. I'll give you everything from the Energizer, to the Finishing Touches, to the Impact Icer. Oh yea, I have it all. And it doesn't lie in my framework, it lies all in my head. Where all my planning is conducted. Just like the old saying, never leave home without your keys, I never walk into a match, that I know I can't win. I have studied you Degenerate. From the way you fight, to the way you walk, to the way you breath. I can almost guarantee, every punch you throw, every slam you attempt will not only be scouted, but also returned to it's sender. I mean Degenerate, I know you mean nothing but best intentions. I know you don't want me to break your concentration. Well allow me to retort. The only way to truly redeem yourself is to give me one fair, hell of a match next Saturday. I want your best effort Degenerate, because I will be giving mine. And the last thing you need is another person stomping your ass and tossing you out of the ring. I can guarantee it. People, open your ears and listen to the real truth. And the truth is that Degenerate will be put on ice. and Degenerate, you can take that to the back and cash it like your momma does her welfare checks.
