justincase is a three-piece alternative rock/pop band from Charlotte, North Carolina. The band is songwriter Justin Tosco on guitars and vocals, brother Nick on drums and percussion, and sister Hannah on bass guitar.

justincase has been playing professionally for three years in Charlotte and surrounding cities. They have performed at many large festivals, including Center CityFest, Carolina Musicfest, WEND's End of Summer Weenie Roast, Matthews Alive Festival, Springfest, and Festival in the Park. Other performances include Tremont Music Hall, the Great Aunt Stella Center, Blockbuster Pavilion, the EAT'M Music Conference (Las Vegas), the Atlantis Music Conference (Atlanta), Brownie's (NYC), and the Viper Room (L.A).
