You mean the hippocampus implant, right? For people with the Memento problem ;)

Can't find the link right now, but the article [AP wire?] made an interesting point: scientists could not decode/RE the information encoded in the hippocampus, so they just mimicked its behavior blackbox-style.

Have to write a hippocampal bytecode disassembler soon :P
