Physiology: Quite similar to other elves, except they have a higher tolerance to electricity, and act much like batteries. They can carry a charge for a while, like static electricity. Their hair is naturally greasy so that it doesn't go 'poofed' all the time, and looks much like other elves. In old age, they lose the greasiness, and their hair looks much like a peacock's tail. To tell the approximate age of a Stormseeker, simply look to see how poofy the hair is. It takes quite a bit of electricity to kill them, but it can be done.

    Government: Government is made up of a Council of the Anonymous, which is made up of twelve Stormseekers. In the Council, are two royalty, though no one knows who is who. There is a Council for every city and town, the more important the city, the more important the Council. When adopted to the Council, all former identity is voided and a new name is taken.

    Culture: One of the most favorite things to do by the Stormseeker young ones is to go out to the highest place they can get to, which is pretty high, and wait for a lightning bolt to hit them. It gives them a high. The Stormseekers live on low mountain tops, and usually have 'lightning rods' to power their cities- and give the youngsters their highs. They are very skilled at climbing, equal to a good thief at least. Most Stormseekers wear special gloves to conserve the static electricity in themselves, and to avoid shocking an animal, or a person.

    Technology: Based on the wise use of power. They don't want to waste a valuable resource, so all of their technology and such uses very little power.
