Notebook Preparation

1) Select a small notebook in which to write special instructions for your RR. Campfire type notebooks are suitable or you may even use a few sheets of paper.

2) If you like, you may personalize the cover of your notebook with images pertaining to your Round Robin theme.

3) Write a small bio and include pictures of you and your family, if you wish. You may also explain why you chose your theme.

4) List the exact section dimensions, the fabric and stitch count, and the brand and number of strands of floss used.

5) Include your preferences concerning design theme and size, colour, and specialty threads and embellishments.

6) State whether or not you'd like stitchers to sign their work and include the alphabet that you'd like them to use.

7) Include a small diagram of your piece so that stitchers may indicate in which section they have stitched.

8) Allocate a blank page to each stitcher so that she may write you a short note.
