Can I nominate someone else's site?
Uhhhhhh duh. You can send in more than one nomination email if you're nominating multiple sites, too.

What kind of sites?
Any. EDIT: Only English sites.

What are those phases?
Caution phase: Nominations.
Evasion phase: Voting.
Alert phase: Fuck you/ceremony/get drunk.

What are the categories?
They're on the nomination page, jackass.

Why are you so mean? Why does the page cuss?
