Character Description:

Lum is the main character of the popular anime, "Urusei Yatsura". (If you watch anime, and you don't know who Lum is, you're not a true otaku. :P) She is an alien princess who has fallen in love with a womanizing, sloppy human man, named Ataru (who also seems to have constant streaks of bad luck). Even though it is apparent that she is faithful to Ataru, men all over the city fall in love with her as well.

I found this picture looking for an alternate version of Lum's basic outfit, and all of her friends were in variations of their original outfits, too.






Commentary:
The idea of a Lum costume was floating around my head, but I wanted to do something besides the basic Lum. I'm usually against doing costumes on an artist rendition of the character, but this one is an exception since Lum's wardrobe is fairly limited. ^-^;
