WinMX is the best.
Rolling Stone Online
BILLBOARD.com
- this is the first place I turn to for lyrics. mostly alternative, hard rock and rap music, with a little bit of punk and even some pop (the Latin invasion, etc) and oldies (The Mamas & The Papas, Jim Croce). It's updated pretty regularly and easy to use. Most artists have the complete discography listed, which i think is pretty cool.
Lyrics Express - This site is more Top 40-oriented (pop, hip-hop and some techno) and only has hit singles, not all the artist's songs. But if you hear it on pop radio, you'll probably find it here.
LyricsStyle - this one is also more Top 40-oriented, but most artists have their entire discography listed, not just lyrics to their hit singles. There's pop, rap, hip-hop and even some rock (including Tool, Slipknot, and even MachineHead but no Deftones) and country. Very simple format, a little boring in looks but it does the job.
The Music Made Me Do It also has viewer-submitted reviews of probably half the artists on the site.
Jesus Freak Hideout and ReAL Magazine are great places for reviews of Christian music.
Rolling Stone of course has reviews of most albums, although not as much as I would like to see.
